Reporting a bug
To help us resolve issues quickly, please include:
- Your device model and iOS version (Settings → General → About)
- The Brownie app version (Settings → About in the app)
- What you were trying to do and what happened instead
- Screenshots or a short screen recording if you can
Common questions
How do I share a grocery list?
Open any list, tap the share icon, and send the invite link to a friend. When they tap it, they'll be added to the list automatically (they'll need the app installed).
Are the nutrition estimates accurate?
They're estimates. Preparation, brand, and portion size can all shift the numbers significantly. Brownie's nutrition data should not be used for medical or allergen decisions — always refer to product packaging.
Can I use Brownie offline?
Yes. Lists, pantry, and meal logging all work offline. Changes sync automatically when your connection returns.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Account → Delete Account. You can also email support@brownieapp.us and we'll process the request manually.
What data does Brownie collect?
Account information, the content you create, and basic diagnostic data. No ads, no third-party trackers, and no data is sold. The full breakdown is in our Privacy Policy.
Is Brownie available on Android?
Not currently. We're focused on making the iOS experience as good as possible before considering other platforms.
